The build is live and anyone with the link can play it - the crew, and now whoever it sends it to. Rough edges are expected and each fix is announced on X.
A PillCrew world where playing pays out
Crew Harbor is a 2D harbour town you walk into from the browser - no download, no login, no wallet to look around. You fish a real loop: read the water, strike inside a window that gets shorter with the rod you buy, fight the fish on a line rated in pounds, sell the catch in town and spend it on the next rod, reel or bait. Other anglers are on the same map as ghosts, with a live chat, records and a ladder. A reward pool funded by the project sits on top of all of it, with provable-fair rolls - and the pool pays out now, in real SOL, from a wallet you can open on Solscan.
One shared town on one map: you walk, fish, drive your own boat and see the other anglers as ghosts - visible so the harbour feels alive, never in the way. Nothing to download, and no wallet needed to look around.
The pool is real and it pays: a daily budget, dynamic odds, a per-player cap and provable-fair rolls, settled as Solana mainnet transfers from a wallet whose address and whole history are public. The day's figures, the odds, the paying wallet and every payout are published INSIDE the game - the pool card, the records board and a Solscan link on each wallet - so nothing about the money has to be taken on trust from this page.
The odds are the same for everybody, nobody can buy a better chance, and the figures are printed in the game's pool card: the day's budget, the chance a landed fish pays, and what is left of the pool. This page deliberately does not repeat them - a number copied here would be a day out of date the moment the keeper moved a dial.
What you can do in it today
Not a list of plans: every line below is in the build you can open right now, and can be tried in the first ten minutes.
42 species across three waters - the pond, the river mouth and the deep water off the pier - with seven rarity classes and a weight in pounds. Day and night, five weather blocks and the tide change what bites.
Cast, ignore the nibbles that only cost you bait, strike inside the window (0.80 s on a bamboo rod, 0.38 s on a custom one) and then hold the tension inside a wandering band - easing off when the fish runs, because your line is rated in pounds and a 300 lb tuna on 6 lb line breaks no matter what you do.
Three upgrade tracks, each answering a different part of the fight: the rod widens the strike window, the reel changes how fast tension climbs and bleeds off, the line decides what you can land. Five baits on top, all bought with Crew Coins earned by playing.
Fourteen windows with a real service behind each: the bait shop, the rod bench, the fish market that buys your keepnet, the notice board with three daily orders, the lighthouse where pool rolls can be verified, plus the village across the river - chapel, general store, ice house, weigh station.
Two jet skis and two boats you drive yourself: board from the shore, steer with the same keys you walk with, cast from the deck, and step off only where there is land beside the hull. The boat stays exactly where you leave it.
Other anglers on the same map as ghosts, with what they are doing and what they are riding, plus a live chat: reading is free, writing needs a wallet connected - the one text box in the game is also the first thing a throwaway bot would reach for.
A $5/day budget with an hourly drip, dynamic odds, a 25% cap per player, a ledger written on every catch and a claim from $0.25. Provably fair: the day's seed is committed before you play and revealed at the rollover, and every roll can be recomputed - the lighthouse lists the last ones with a verify button.
A journal of all 42 species with your personal best in each, three daily orders shared by every player, fourteen achievements, and a save in your own browser - close the tab and your rod, bait and records are still there.
In open beta now: the link works for anybody, the pool pays out, and what gets fixed next is posted on X. All of it runs in one shared town on Cloudflare, with no assets to download - the art is drawn in code, and the whole client is smaller than a single screenshot.
How it plays
One loop, done properly, before there is a world around it. It takes about a minute and it is the whole game.
- 01
Walk in
Open the harbour in the browser: a small town with a bait shop, a rod bench, the notice board and the water at the dock. No login, no key, no download - the map loads and you are standing on it.
- 02
Read the water
Cast, watch the float for the small ticks that are not a bite, strike when it goes: then hold, ease off through the runs and land it - or lose it to a line that was too light.
- 03
Spend it in town
The fish market buys the keepnet, the Crew Coins buy the rod, the reel, the line and the bait - and the heavier water opens up one upgrade at a time.
- 04
Hit the pool, leave a record
Some catches roll against the reward pool instead of the usual loot: the roll is provably fair, the payout table is published before the public test, and catches, streaks and records land on the crew ladder where anyone can check them.
What is settled, and what is not
A page that promises numbers it has not decided yet is not worth reading, so both lists are here - including the one thing the build does not do yet.
The prototype went fishing and the beta is what decides whether the pond is fun enough to build a world around. If it is not, the loop moves to another theme - hunting, mining, races, whatever the crew votes for. The reward pool does not depend on the theme, so changing it costs the project nothing.
Settling in the testThe odds, the day's pool budget, the per-player cap, the paying wallet and every payout are printed inside the game, and the day's rolls are committed with a seed you can check. They are not copied onto this page on purpose: a figure written here is a figure nobody can audit, and it would be a day old the moment the keeper moved a dial.
Still movingFree to play. No deposit, no purchase, no NFT, and no $PillCrew needed to play. The bait, the rods and the boats are used with Crew Coins earned by playing - and those coins are never traded for SOL or for the token, so a prize is a bonus on top of the game, not an investment and not an income.
Settled$PillCrew is a memecoin: it can go to zero. Play for the game itself - the prize is one roll on top of it, never the reason on its own.
SettledWhere it is going
No dates on purpose: the prototype decides the order, and each phase is announced on X once it is real.
- Prototype
Done. One loop that is actually playable was built and played until it held up - fishing, the fight, the shops and the boats.
Done - Closed test
Done. The crew played it invite-only while the catches, the records, the ladder and the pool were being fixed, and the bugs they found are why the beta can be open now.
Done - Public test (open beta)
You are here. Anyone with the link can play, the pool pays out in real SOL from a public wallet, and the odds, the budget and every payout are published inside the game. Still a test: expect changes, and expect them to be announced on X.
You are here - Live
The world gets bigger and the pool keeps running on its share of fees.
The questions we get
How do I start playing?
Open it. The beta is open, so there is no invitation to wait for and no code to type - the Play button on this page (and the same link in the menu) goes straight into the harbour. No account, no deposit, and no wallet at all if you only want to look around or fish; a wallet is needed for the chat and for the cents to be paid out to you. It is still called a beta because it is being fixed as you play, so expect rough edges and expect things to change under you.
Does it pay out right now?
Yes - and this is the part worth checking rather than believing. The pool pays in real SOL on Solana mainnet, from a wallet we do not control anybody else's access to, and everything about it is public inside the game: the wallet (with a Solscan link on every payout), the day's odds and budget in the pool card, and the records board that lists who was paid and how much. Amounts are small by design - the pool is a bonus on top of the game, not an income.
Do I have to buy $PillCrew to play?
No. The game is free and the token is not a ticket. Holding it does not raise the odds either - you cannot buy a better chance, the odds are the same for everyone and they are published.
How would I know a payout is real?
Every payout will be a Solana mainnet transaction. The pool address, the payout table and the roll history are published, and the rolls are verifiable in the build: the day's seed is committed before you play, revealed at the rollover, and every roll can be recomputed - the lighthouse has the list with a verify button.
Is this a way to earn money?
No. It is a game with a bonus, and the expected value is negative on purpose: the pool is a share of fees, not a yield, and $PillCrew can go to zero.
When does the beta stop being a beta?
No date yet, and no date will be invented here. It goes live when the beta stops finding things worth stopping for - and when that happens, it is announced on X first: follow @PillCrewSol to catch it.
The pond is open
The beta is open to anybody with the link, the pool pays out in real SOL, and what we fix or add next is posted on X.
Open beta. The build is playable and the pool pays out in real SOL, but nothing here is an offer, a promise of earnings or financial advice: the balance, the rules, the odds and the reward pool can all change during the test, and the money a player can win is small by design. $PillCrew is a memecoin and can go to zero.
The prize pool is one wallet, and every payout it made is on Solana
Playing pays real SOL. Nothing about that needs to be taken on trust: the wallet below is the one that pays, the doors below read it from the chain rather than from our own database, and each one is a plain URL you can open yourself - no account, no key, no JavaScript.

The first lives in the game's ledger and the second needs every one of its transactions read, which a single request cannot do against rate-limited public nodes. The chain read above proves the money moves and who receives it; the wall publishes the running total. Both are linked so a reader can compare them instead of trusting either.
